Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the value of the returned items, less any costs incurred in returning the parcel. These may include the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, customs fees and any carrier or handling charges.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email info@anemisconcept.com quoting your order number.

Please send the item back within 14 days of your request, in its original condition and packaging, using a tracked postal service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. This may take several additional business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
